Super D

Super D 25 Hydroxyvitamin D3 (25(OH)D3) is the stored form of vitamin D a body creates from vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) after it's absorbed, but 25(OH)D3 additives bypass the liver's conversion step, making them more potent and efficient at raising blood levels of 25(OH)D (the form measured in tests) compared to regular vitamin D3, with some studies suggesting it's several times more effective. While vitamin D3 needs liver conversion, 25(OH)D3 goes straight to work, requiring only a final activation in the kidneys to become active, resulting in faster, stronger increases in measured vitamin D levels
